Twitter Hash Tag of the Day: #describeyoursexlifewithamovietitle



How would you describe your sex life with a movie title? Don’t even bother to ask the question of why you would want to describe your sex life with a movie title; obviously, you are bored and want to impress your friends, family, and anonymous Twitter followers.

When I looked under that particular twitter hash tag, I expected to see some porns on the list: maybe a few old-school porns like “Debbie Does Dallas” or even “Little Oral Annie.” I didn’t expect to see “Adventures in Babysitting,” which left me slightly traumatized after I read it and I certainly did not expect to see “Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure”  or “Jaws” on the list. (Obviously certain individual Tweeters don’t take their Twitter hash tags seriously enough.)



A few Tweeters’ choices were more obvious: I wasn’t surprised to see that “Friends with Benefits” under the Twitter hash tag describeyoursexlifewithamovietitle and while I was surprised to see that “Free Willy” and “Gone in 60 Seconds” made the list, I definitely got the humor intended by the respective Tweeters.



A few of the Tweeters who responded to the call to Tweet about their sex lives were pretty original; I appreciated the uniqueness of “Harry Potter and the Tissue in His Hand” which I am almost sure is due out in theaters later in the year.



There were several “Mission Impossible” tweets under the hash tag; perhaps if the Tweeters spent more time off of the computer, their missions to have actual sex with a living, breathing human being truthfully wouldn’t be so impossible. I also saw a few “I am Legend” tweets, but I’m not certain whether they are referring to their own sexual prowess in the bedrooms or the feeling that they are the last men on Earth. (I’m feeling shy, so I’m not going to ask any of those Tweeters those specific questions either.)



Another favorite of mine was “No Country for Old Men”; I haven’t seen that particular movie, so am not sure if the Tweeter was talking about her own sexual preferences or something in the movie. I’m also not 100% positive that I understand “Inception” as a way to describe someone’s sex life--of course, I’m also not 100% sure that I understand the actual film “Inception” either, so maybe it’s not such a big problem.
