bridezilla while planning her wedding with Kris Humphries however, all for naught when she filed for divorce 72 days after tying the knot.
The couple had announced their engagement in May after they had been together for a short six months and they were married on August 20th. After a relatively quick honeymoon, they settled down in the Big Apple to shoot the second season of Kourtney and Kim Take New York.
There have as in all celebrity marriages been rumors about the two since there were appearances of both of them oftentimes without their wedding rings. Both of them kept saying that their missing bands shouldn’t be indicative of any trouble in the relationship; Kim explained that she simply doesn’t wear it while she’s working out and it shouldn’t be considered a big deal. However, this is not exactly the case, Kim filed for divorce on October 31st.
There have also been rumors that Humphries was blindsided by the divorce but Kris Jenner weighed in saying that it definitely wasn’t a sham and most certainly was not an act for television. Kim is firmly denying that she made any money from the vow exchange. She has stated that she will donate all of the money for all the gifts to the Dream Foundation.
All of the fans of the show are little less than proud of Kim as she’s going through the divorce not because of what she did to Kris Humphries but because she’s doing it to them, to her fans. There have even been suggestions of a Kardashian boycott – fans are feeling betrayed and manipulated by Kim, that she did all of this just for publicity and who know, it might even just be true.
